# Decision Council™ — AI-supported decision protocol

> Decision Council™ is a thinking protocol by Serdar Keskin. It does not make a decision for the user. It makes assumptions, tensions, trade-offs, alternatives and responsibility more visible before a consequential choice becomes action.

## Five perspectives

1. **The Reframer** — changes the question before trying to solve it.
2. **The Skeptic** — tests assumptions, evidence and unintended consequences.
3. **The Systems View** — looks for second-order effects, dependencies and trade-offs.
4. **The Possibility Opener** — generates credible alternatives the first answer may miss.
5. **The Decision Owner** — retains responsibility and makes the final call.

## Use boundaries

- The user’s decision text is processed locally in the browser by the Decision Card experience.
- The text is not sent to or stored on the website by default.
- The tool supports human judgment; it does not replace decision ownership.
